Step-by-Step Fee Payment Guide

This guide details the precise banking details and procedures for paying your first-semester admission and tuition fees.

To ensure your payment is safely received, recorded, and matched to your student file, please read and follow these steps carefully.

1. Official University Bank Account Details

Please make all payments exclusively to the following authorized university bank account. Do not transfer funds to any other account.

2. Payment Methods & How to Submit Evidence

You may choose one of the following two payment methods:

Option A: Online Bank Transfer (Internet Banking / Mobile App)
  1. Log in to your personal bank's mobile application or online internet banking portal.
  2. Initiate a funds transfer/IBFT using the bank details provided above.
  3. Enter your first-semester total dues as shown on your attached fee structure.
  4. Take a clear screenshot of the successful transaction confirmation screen.The screenshot must show the Transaction ID/Reference Number, Date, Amount, and the Destination Account Title (ISRA UNIVERSITY).

How to Submit: Reply directly to your Admission Offer Email and attach your transfer screenshot. Please write your Full Name, Application Form Number, and Selected Program in the body of your reply.

Option B: Bank Draft / Pay Order (Over-the-Counter at Any Bank)
  1. Visit any commercial bank branch of your choice.
  2. Request a Demand Draft (DD) or Pay Order (PO) made payable to "Isra University" for the exact amount shown on your fee structure.
  3. Once the bank issues the draft, take a clear, high-resolution photo or scan of the entire front side of the draft.

How to Submit: Reply directly to your Admission Offer Email and attach the scanned copy or photo of your pay order.

Important Note: On the back of the physical draft, write your Name, CNIC, and Application Form Number. You must submit this physical draft to the admissions office when you visit the campus to submit your document copies.

3. Verification and Confirmation

Reconciliation: Once you reply to the email with your payment proof, our finance department will reconcile and verify the transaction within 24 to 48 hours.

The Final Transition to "Admitted"

Your current portal status on apply.isra.edu.pk is "Admission Offered". Your status will transition directly to the final, successful milestone—"Admitted"—once you have completed both formalities:

  • Your uploaded or emailed fee payment proof has been verified by our accounts department.
  • You have physically submitted your required original academic documents and physical proof of fee payment at the campus admissions desk.
