Before You Begin

Taking a few minutes to prepare your documents in advance will make the online application quick and smooth. All scanned documents must be clear, legible, and in PDF, JPG, or PNG format.

Required Contact & Personal Info

  • Active Email Address
    A valid, personal email address checked regularly. All official university correspondence, test schedules, and admission status updates will be sent here.
  • Active Mobile Numbers
    Two separate active contact numbers—one for yourself and one for your parent or guardian (capable of receiving SMS and WhatsApp updates).
  • CNIC or B-Form
    Your valid National Identity Card (CNIC) number or Child Registration B-Form number.

Required Scanned Documents

  • Passport-Sized Photograph
    Recent, color photo with a neutral white or blue background (max file size: 2MB; JPG or PNG only).
  • CNIC Front / Back & B-Form
    Clear scan of the front side (and back side if applicable) of your CNIC, or your complete child registration B-Form.
  • Matric / Equivalent Marksheet
    Scanned copy of Matriculation (SSC Part-II) marksheet or O-Level / IBCC equivalent certificate.
  • Intermediate / Equivalent Marksheet
    For Completed Qualifications: Scan of official HSSC Part-II transcript or A-Level equivalent. For Provisional Applicants: Scan of official HSSC Part-I marksheet, or AS-Level transcript / equivalent Grade 11/12 IBCC marksheet.
  • Standardized Entry Test Results
    Scanned copies of relevant test scorecards (e.g., MDCAT, SAT) if applicable to your desired program.

The Online Application Process

You can save your progress at any time and return later to complete it.

Account Creation
  1. Visit the official admissions portal at apply.isra.edu.pk.
  2. Click on the "Apply Now" button on the main landing page.
  3. On the right-hand panel, click the "Sign Up" tab (next to "Log In").
  4. Under the "Create New Account" heading, configure the following fields:
    • Session Dropdown: Select the active session (e.g., "Admissions Fall 2026 Session").
    • Full Name: Enter your full legal name as printed on your matriculation certificate.
    • CNIC/B-Form: Enter your 13-digit identity number without hyphens.
    • Email Address: Enter your active email address (e.g., Example@gmail.com).
    • Verify Your Email: Re-type your email address to confirm it is correct.
    • Password: Enter a secure password in the Enter Your Password Here slot.
    • Confirm Password: Re-type your password in the Retype Your password slot.
  5. Click the dark blue "SIGN UP" button at the bottom of the registration box.

Complete Your Personal Profile
  1. Log in to the portal using your newly registered credentials to access your dashboard.
  2. Select "User Profile" under the PERSONAL menu on the sidebar.
  3. Fill in the required fields:
    • Photo: Click Choose File to upload your passport-sized photograph (Max size: 2MB, JPG/PNG only).
    • Personal Information: Enter your Name, Phone Number, Gender (from the dropdown), Father's Name, and Parent Contact Number.
    • Identity & Demographics: Your pre-filled CNIC will display. Select your Province of Domicile and City from the dropdown menus.
    • Optional Fields: Enter your Passport Number and physical Mailing Address if applicable.
  4. Click the black "SAVE AND NEXT" button at the bottom of the page.

Select Your Programs & Campuses
  1. Navigate to the "Programs" section under the PERSONAL menu on the sidebar.
  2. Observe the green notification: "You may apply for multiple campuses."
  3. Select your desired campus tab from the top options: Hyderabad Campus, Karachi Campus, or Islamabad Campus.
  4. Click the dropdown bar labeled "Choose Program..." for your chosen campus and select your desired degree (e.g., Hyderabad - BE (Civil), Hyderabad - BBA, etc.).
  5. Your selected programs will display as cards below the selector. If you make a mistake, you can remove a selection by clicking the red "X" button.
  6. Click the black "SAVE AND NEXT" button.

Input Academic Achievements (Marks Entry)
  1. Navigate to the "Marks" section under the ACADEMIC menu on the sidebar.
  2. Under the green "Enter Marks" header, input your exact academic history:
    • Matric / IBCC Equivalent Marks Obtained & Matric / IBCC Equivalent Total Marks.
    • Intermediate / F.Sc / IBCC Equivalent Marks Obtained & Intermediate / F.Sc / IBCC Equivalent Total Marks.
    • Note for Provisional Applicants: If you are currently awaiting your final results, enter your exact marks and total marks from your HSSC Part-I (First Year Intermediate / 11th Class) marksheet, or your converted Cambridge AS-Level/IBCC equivalent scores.
  3. Select your examining board from the "Select Education Board" dropdown list.
  4. Click the black "SAVE AND NEXT" button.

Document Upload

Please read the instructions carefully: Max file size is 4MB per file. Allowed formats: PDF, JPG, PNG.

  1. Navigate to the "Documents" section under the ACADEMIC menu on the sidebar.
  2. Read the green instructional banner carefully regarding legibility.
  3. Upload your clear scanned files into their respective card slots:
    • CNIC Front / B Form
    • CNIC Back
    • Intermediate / F.Sc / Equivalent Marksheet (Provisional applicants awaiting final results must upload their HSSC Part-I / First Year / AS-Level / Equivalent transcript in this slot).
    • Matric / Secondary School Certificate / Equivalent Marksheet
  4. If you need to change or replace a file, simply upload the new file. It will automatically overwrite the previous version.
  5. Click the black "SAVE AND NEXT" button.

Process the Application Fee

The standard application fee is a flat PKR 2,000 which covers all selected programs and campuses.

  1. Navigate to the "Payments" section under the ACADEMIC menu on the sidebar.
  2. Review the "Application Fee Payment Instructions" displayed on the screen.
  3. Select your preferred payment method:
    • Method A: Online Bank Transfer / Internet Banking
      Log in to your personal online banking application or web portal. Initiate a transfer to the following university bank account:
      Bank Name: Meezan Bank Limited, Latifabad Branch
      Account Title: ISRA UNI
      Account Number: 16020104503830
      Swift Code: MEZNPKKA
      Take a clear screenshot of the successful transaction confirmation.
    • Method B: Demand Draft / Pay Order
      Visit your nearest commercial bank branch and request a Demand Draft (DD) or Pay Order for exactly Rs. 2,000 made payable to "Isra University". Take a clear, high-resolution photo or scan of the completed draft.
      Write your Name, CNIC, and Phone Number on the back of the physical draft and keep it in a safe place. You are required to submit this physical draft when called to campus.
  4. Upload Your Proof: Scroll down to "Step 3: Upload Your Proof of Payment", click Choose File under the Payment Proof upload slot, and select your transfer screenshot or scanned draft copy.
  5. Click the black "SAVE AND CONTINUE" button at the bottom left to proceed to the final review screen.
PKR 2,000 flat fee — covers all programs and campuses in your application.

Final Review & Application Submission
  1. Navigate to the "Submit Form" section under the SYSTEM menu on the sidebar.
  2. A comprehensive, read-only summary profile of your entire application will load.
  3. Carefully review your Personal Details, Contact Numbers, Selected Programs, and Academic Marks to verify that there are no spelling errors or incorrect scores.
  4. Click the black "ACKNOWLEDGE AND SUBMIT" button at the bottom-left of the summary sheet to lock and finalize your application.
Important: After clicking Acknowledge and Submit, your application is locked and cannot be edited.

Tracking Your Status & Notifications

After submitting your application, you can track its progress in real-time by selecting the "Notifications" tab under the SYSTEM menu on your sidebar dashboard.

Real-time Progress

This section displays the dynamic, real-time status of your application for each program that you have selected. The active progress of your application will transition through the following states:

Under Review Default Status

Applied automatically. Indicates that the Admissions Committee is currently auditing academic achievements, reviewing certificates, and validating proof of payment.

Incomplete Application

Discrepancy found (blurry scan, typing error, or unverified payment). Proactively contact the helpdesk with your Form Number to resolve this.

Complete

Credentials and payment successfully verified. Your profile is locked for entrance exams, and you can now download your Entrance Test Admit Card.

Admission Offered

Successfully cleared the entrance test, performed well in your personal interview, and have been officially selected to join the student body.

Admitted

Ultimate milestone. Applied when you have physically submitted original verified documents, completed verification, and deposited fees to become an official student.

Admission Denied

The application did not meet the required merit, eligibility threshold, or test score standards for the selected program during this round.
